45 fun-filled minutes of physical activity
Lightning Legs classes are designed to introduce children to the concepts of living a healthy and active lifestyle at the youngest age possible, catering for ages 2-6 years. Our classes focus on developing the fundamental movement skills required to participate in sport, while teaching important lifelong skills such as teamwork and communication.

Elevate your school or crèche’s sports offering
We partner with schools and crèches from all areas in order to bring a customised approach to their sports offering through Lightning Legs private sessions. We work closely with our partners to develop a Lightning Legs programme that fits their specific requirements.
